Spaghetti with Del Monte cheesy Dip

Spaghetti with cheesy dip is a quick and simple dish which can be made in no time. The recipe is incredibly easy, thanks to the delicious Del Monte cheesy dip, which saves you the hassle of making pasta sauce from scratch.

A delightful blend of mayo, cheese, black pepper, garlic Del Monte cheesy dip makes for a perfect instant pasta sauce.

You can use any vegetables of choice or totally skip adding them. Spaghetti with Del Monte cheesy Dip makes for a quick and comforting weeknight dinner.

Spaghetti with Del Monte cheesy Dip recipe

250 grams Del Monte Spaghetti pasta (half packet)
5 – 6 tablespoons Del Monte cheesy Dip (or as required)
½ cup chopped red or yellow colored capsicum
1 small onion, chopped
¼ cup green peas, blanched
to taste Salt
2 tablespoons Del Monte olive oil
Chilli flakes and fresh herbs for garnish (optional)


  1. To begin making Spaghetti with Del Monte cheesy Dip first cook the pasta as per packet instructions. Drain and keep aside. Reserve a small ladleful of the pasta water to add if required.
  2. In a pan heat the oil. Add the onion and sauté till translucent. Add the capsicum and peas and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle little salt and stir.
  4. Add the Del Monte Cheesy dip. Mix and add some of the reserved pasta water to make a thick sauce.
  5. Toss in the cooked spaghetti.
  6. Stir so that the sauce coats the pasta.
  7. Take it off the heat, garnish with red chilli flakes,fresh herbs (if using)
  8. Serve hot
