Hey all! I had a question, well for starters, I am Indian myself. At work one day, my friend (whom I don’t get to speak to anymore as she is in India), her mom made her this fabulous thing for lunch and I don’t know how to make it! I am praying someone here can help me. Her mom made many roti’s everyday. So one day to use them up (as nothing goes to waste in an indian house hold LOL), she made some sort of curry concoction. It was torn up pieces of roti, with mixed veg, and it was VERY spicy- just like I like it. It was so simple. There was no sauce dripping from the roti. So it wasn’t like a soupy consistency curry or anything. Has anyone made this or had anything similar and know the recipe? I am desperate! Lol. Thank you everyone!
